Please note that some of the lrger pieces are more than one pound each so if you want larger pieces you should probably order at least 2 pounds or more. The small/medium pieces will yield around 2-3 Pieces per pound. The availability of small pieces is limited so we can only offer a small/medium mix. Let us know in the Notes field your size preference or if you want a mix of small/medium and large.
